Telephone Interpreting

When a face to face meeting is not possible a telephone (or video) Interpreter is the next best thing. We provide Interpreters in any language via the telephone or video, at your request.

How Does Telephone Interpreting Work?

We have a few options. We can use your, or our, telephone conferencing equipment, patching in the Interpreter from their location. If you do not have this type of telephone conferencing equipment, feel free to use ours. We give all parties a phone number and passcode, which when dialled, adds them to the call. You can choose who pays for the call, and other helpful options such as call recording. You have complete control as the ‘administrator’ of the call.

Multilingual Telephone Operators

For the provision of sales or customer service calls, we assist with making sure these run smoothly and efficiently, either at your own premises or remotely. This can be provided for an ongoing requirement or an ad-hoc multilingual campaign.
