We have learnt that accurate communications, fact finding and reporting are key in your sector. We provide Interpreters (all languages) for appointments with witnesses, policy-holders, claimant and whenever statements need to be taken in two languages. This helps to ensure that you have the verification you need that the interviewee has understood the situation correctly, has provided accurate information and that your staff are able to obtain full command of the facts.

Even before the appointment, we can make your life easier and more efficient by  telephoning your contact to ascertain their availability. Based on this information, we can then make an appropriate agreement with one of our Interpreters and liaise with you, accordingly.

We can also provide written translation of emails, invitation and confirmation letters, statement templates, etc.  to ease communication with your clients and contacts. 

Finally, at the meeting itself, where Signed Statements are required in both English and the Interviewee's language, we can facilitate this by arranging for a suitably qualified linguist to attend the meeting complete with the appropriate equipment and software.
